C&M Environmental completed a £170,000 Air Conditioning Project for one of our clients, Taylor Wimpey. We were tasked with installing a highly energy efficient air conditioning system. The system was installed in their Head Offices in Dunfermline, Scotland , a 36000 square ft 2nd-floor office suite.
We were tasked with getting the Panasonic Citi-Multi VRF unit installed within an eight-week window of opportunity, which we achieved ahead of schedule. Alongside meeting this agreed deadline, we had to ensure that there was no business interuption within the building and so the project was run during nights. Once again we managed to deliver our promise and the client was pleased with the result.

The new Panasonic VRF system which we mentioned previously is specifically designed for energy saving and high-efficiency performance. It has many unique features which are designed for the most demanding offices and larger buildings.

The Panasonic Citi -Multi VRF is equipped with 28 ducted fan coil cooling and heating units. The system was fitted above the ceiling and delivers air through a series of ceiling grilles with a typical ambient temperature control of 22 deg C. using Copeland high-efficiency scroll technology.
We were involved as the Design Consultants from the outset, and we were able to deliver the complete job via our 4 On-Site Engineers and our client was absolutely delighted on sign-off of the project.
